Merriam, KS — Seaboard Overseas and Trading Group (SOTG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Milligan as Senior Vice President of Operations.
Jeff brings extensive experience in operational leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. During his tenure at Cargill, he held several key leadership positions focused on manufacturing excellence, transformation, and competitive excellence. With a proven track record of leading global production excellence programs that drive efficiency, optimize operations, and build high-performing teams, Jeff will play a critical role in advancing our operational strategy and supporting our continued growth. He will be based at our Kansas City headquarters.
